(II)Improvement and Strengthening of Manali Oil Refinery Road & Northern Segment of Inner Ring Road; Improvement and Widening to four lane of 1.6 Km stretch at start of Ennore Expressway from Chennai Port Gate No.1 and Construction of three groynes and repairs of existing groynes along Ennore Expressway.
(III)Improvement and Widening to four lane with both side service roads of Ennore Expressway from km 1/600 to 7/538.
