Invitation of Quotation for Installation of Issue of Computerised Roll Tickets

National Highways Authority of India, on behalf of Government of India invites quotations for supply, installation and cabling at Toll Plaza Km.72; Village Srinagar, Distt. Faridabad and Toll Plaza at Km.160, Village Barari; Distt. Mathura on NH-2. The scope of work inter-alia includes, rate to be given separately for supply, installation and operation of all items including hiring charges of equipments as per BOQ and alternatively excluding hire charges of personal computer as per item no.2 of BOQ equipments, as second alternatives, NHAI will supply those PC's.

The applications should be supported with the following details:-

1. Details of the Agency, along with name, registration with Central/State Govt., NHAI or any other Public/Private Sector mentioning successfully executed similar type of Jobs on any Toll Plazas.
2. Bid Document: Agencies having requisites standing will be issued. Bill of Quantity by the Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, Project Implementation Unit, E-109, Kamla Nagar, Agra on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalised Bank, drawn in favour of National Highways Authority of India, payable at Agra, (U.P.) from 10th May 2002 to 3rd June 2002 and the completed offers shall be received upto 4.6.2002 1700 hrs and opened on 5.6.2002 at 1100 hrs at the office of Project Director, NHAI, Agra.
3. The risk of delay/loss in transmission by Post/Courier rests with the bidders and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
4. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
