The National Highways Authority of India invites Sealed Bids from the authorized converters of 3M, Nikkolite or other brands approved by MOST for retro-reflective sign boards conforming to MOST Specification No.800, having relevant experience, for the following work. The Bids will be received in this office on 20.05.2002 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM and will be opened at 3:30PM on the same day.

The last date for issual of bidding documents is 17.05.2002 (5:30PM) on submission of application. Cost of the bidding document is Rs.1500/- (non-refundable). Bidding documents have to be collected from the office of the Project Director and the same will not be sent by post.
The intending bidders should enclose the following with application for Bidding document.
1) E.M.D. of Rs.37,500/- and Rs.1,500/- towards the cost of the document in the form of separate demand drafts issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled bank drawn in favour of NHAI, Guntur payable at Guntur.
2) Copies of
(a) Proof of registration of firm
(b) Latest IT clearance certificate
(c) Clearance certificate from Commercial Tax Department
(d) Proof in support of their appointment as authorized converters of the MOST approved manufacturers of retro-reflective sign boards of high intensity grade and proof of experience in executing similar types of work.
The Project Director reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.
