NHAI intends to engage the services of retired Finance & Accounts Officers on contract basis at its Headquarters at New Delhi to handle one or more of the following functions:
i) Maintenance of books of accounts, bank reconciliation, accounts review/reconciliation, including preparation of financial statements on commercial Accounting basis, coordination of audit activities etc.
ii) Compilation of budgetary estimates & monitoring of actual expenses vis-a-vis budgetary estimates etc.
iii) Management Information System/reporting.
iv) TDS related matters including filing of returns, issuance of TDS Certificate etc.
v) Processing of payments to various agencies including Civil Work Contractors/Consultants etc.
vi) Familiarity with Capital Market operations and marketing of Bonds etc. including back office operations.
