National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of National Highways Development Projects (NHDP). Contracts are executed by the Project Implementation Units(PIUs) of National Highways Authority of India. To strengthen the monitoring system, NHAI has developed online and real time Computerized Project Information System to manage and monitor NHDP status and provide a web based reports on the NHAI portal for the ongoing contracts being implemented by the PIUs.
